Yoga and Mindfulness for Kids

Sundays from 2:00-3:15; 4 week series – 4/11; 4/18; 4/25; 5/2
This fun and interactive four-week series will introduce kids to the concept of mindfulness, teaching them ways to stay more present and engaged in the moment. We will begin with a kid-friendly yoga practice, move into mindfulness-based activities such as breath awareness and guided relaxations, and end with an arts and craft activity for take home.
Appropriate for kids age 6-11. Discount for families with multiple children. Due to space restrictions and the need for materials, please pre-register. This series will be offered only in-studio at this time, but please keep an eye out for additional offerings both online and in-studio!
$60 for the 4-week series; includes instruction, a new yoga mat, and arts/crafts to take home. $10 discount per child for families with multiple children. Must pre-register; in studio only.
