In this class, we’ll create a safe space to begin processing grief through gentle yoga postures, breathing techniques, and guided meditation. Together, we’ll explore sensations, thoughts, and emotions to ease the physical and mental effects of loss.
Appropriate for all levels, no prior yoga experience needed. Regardless of where you are in your journey this class will be of benefit.
