In this all-levels class, we will use a combination of light self-massage and breathing techniques, traditional yoga poses for dynamic movement and static holds, as well as deep twists to stimulate the body’s natural ability to cleanse the body of excess fluid and cellular debris and support a healthy immune system. Be sure to come well hydrated and drink plenty of water after to continue to stimulate the detox process. It is recommended but not required to minimize your sodium and caffeine intake to maximize benefits; please know that you are welcome to this experience just as you are.

This workshop is part of a series being taught by students in the current 200-hour Teacher Training Program. There is no cost to attend; donations to support the training scholarship fund are accepted (though not expected).
