Yoga and Belly Dance complement one another. This joyful, unique and refreshing fusion of yoga and belly dance is designed to offer you an easy, fun, and all around body workout for stress relief while enjoying the freedom of expressing yourself!
We will start each class by warming up with yoga postures and movements to specifically open the hips and stretch the arms and shoulders to get you ready to move and groove.
You will then be led through basic belly dance movements that will teach you to move your arms, hands, hips and torso while enjoying a variety of world music.
Class will end with cool down exercises and a short meditation allowing you to integrate your experience into your body and your mind.
This class is appropriate for all levels; everyone welcome!
