In-Town Retreat: Discover how the timeless wisdom from the sacred text The Bhagavad Gita can help us to navigate these challenging times.
Take a day for yourself and explore some wonderful tools to help you maintain your peace. Not only will we explore the teachings from The Gita, but we will also practice asana, breath, and mantra. Bring a journal or notebook to use during the reflective parts of the day to clarify your thoughts and emotions.
Be with like-minded individuals and examine the philosophical discourse between Prince Arjuna and Lord Krishna through lively conversation, various yoga practices and meditations to help us deal with the stress and uncertainty that many of us are facing.
