The Kundalini lineage believes that we each have ten bodies - one physical body, three mental bodies and six energy bodies. In this immersive session, we delve deep into the ancient wisdom of Kundalini yoga, exploring the intricacies of each of these bodies on a physical, energetic, and spiritual level.

Discover how to maintain and nurture your ten bodies and join us for a soulful journey of self-discovery and healing as we harness the profound wisdom of Kundalini yoga to awaken and align your ten bodies. Together, let’s explore a path of holistic wellness and genuine connection.

Please note that while Aimee is not a certified Kundalini instructor, she uses the ancient wisdom and practices regularly in her daily life.

About Aimee

Aimee’s journey into the world of yoga began in 2006 when she first stepped onto the mat, seeking a form of movement that could nourish both body and mind. However, it wasn’t until 2020 that her passion for yoga truly ignited. Introduced to a Kundalini Kriya, Aimee embarked on a transformative daily sadhana that left an indelible mark on her being.

Captivated by the profound effects of uniting body, mind and heart, Aimee was inspired to deepen her understanding of all things yoga. In 2021, she embarked on a journey of self-discovery and knowledge acquisition, completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Uttara. Under the guidance of her mentors and teachers, she delved into the rich tapestry of yoga, exploring all 8 limbs and falling in love.

Aimee’s teaching is infused with the wisdom gained from her personal journey. Drawing from her roots in Kundalini Yoga and her training in various styles, she offers students a light, holistic approach to yoga, weaving together breath, movement and mindfulness to create a transformative practice she likes to call TLC for the body, mind and heart.

Today, with compassion and authenticity, Aimee invites her students to explore the depths of their being, guiding them on a journey of self-discovery and inner transformation. Through her teachings, students will experience a sense of ease, joy, knowing and liberation, as they uncover the profound wisdom and innate power within themselves.

Off the mat, Aimee enjoys hostessing gatherings of all kinds out of her cute, little airstream kitchen, and if it includes live music, then that is the icing on the cake for her. She resides in Bath County with her family, embracing each day with a zest for life in thought, words and action… yay!
