Each class will focus on one Vayu, combining asana, breathwork, meditation, and mantra to awaken embodied awareness and deeper energetic intelligence. From grounding into the earth with Apana to expanding into spaciousness with Udana, this series invites you to cultivate inner balance, vitality, and intuitive flow.

Drop-ins are welcome, though attending the full series will offer a more integrated and embodied experience.
