Prenatal Yoga

Join us for this 6 week pre-natal series on 6/23, 6/30; 7/7; 7/14; 7/21; and 7/28

Thursdays from 5:45 - 7:00pm

Classes combine movement, meditation, and deep relaxation with the goal of helping the expectant mother relax and calm herself, connect with her baby, and find the strength within herself to deal with the everyday stresses that come with our busy lives.

This series provides a wonderful way to connect with other women, share experiences, and create community. Classes are designed to help you relax and strengthen your rapidly changing body as you become present with your experience. Each class is different as we will address specific issues and concerns based on the groups’ needs.

$80 for the 6-week series, or $15 for drop-ins.
