It is more important than ever before to be able to sit quietly and still your mind. But how? What are the best techniques and practices? And how can you share this practice with others?

Join Jill Loftis for six weeks of immersing yourself in mindfulness and meditation practices. Learn and practice a variety of methods and learn to share them with your friends, family and students.

Topics include Mindfulness Practices; Concentration Techniques; Mantra; Mudra; Guided Visualizations; Meditation Techniques and Teaching Skills. Class will include weekly written homework (optional); a weekly Zoom Group Meditation (that will be recorded); and weekly lectures delivered via recorded videos that you can watch on your own schedule. Twelve total hours of meditation/lectures. Includes a written manual.

Immersion can be completed online or with in-person meditations on Tuesdays at 6:00 pm at Uttara Yoga Studio or via Zoom; July 14, 21, 28; August 4, 11, 18. Fee $125; discount for Uttara TT graduates.
