Are you an experienced Yogi looking to mix it up, or athletic but lacking confidence to jump into a Power Vinyasa class? This is a good spot to land. Hatha is not a continuous flow class so there will be more time to explore alignment and breath in each asana working to find balance physically, mentally/emotionally. As a “2-3” the practice will build heat, strength, balance, and concentration. Expect longer holds working to peak poses with some opportunity to workshop asanas.

Intended to be physically and mentally challenging expect standing postures, balancing, floor/core work and inversions. Ending with plenty of time to find space, stretch, twist, and end with a good, hangover free, post savasana high.Come shake off the work week with us!

Some experience recommended but none required, modifications will be offered.

Always hydrate before and during and after class. This practice may be contraindicated for individuals with medical conditions or on some medications, including cardiovascular issues and medications that control blood pressure, pregnancy, MS, Parkinson’s, insensitivity to heat or anything that reduces one’s ability to moderate one’s core temperature or sweat. If you have concerns please consult your healthcare provider.
