Join Board Certified Music Therapist Krystine Smith for a two hour Guided Imagery and Music (GIM) Workshop to explore your inner world through music. GIM is a music-centered consciousness-expanding therapy that uses music to stimulate journeys of the imagination. Experiencing imagery in this way can support mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual exploration and growth. In this two hour workshop, you will be invited to relax, connect deeply to your inner-self, follow the music wherever it takes you, and express your experience through art. All materials will be provided - just bring yourself and an open mind!

$30 for the 2-hour experience; $24 for Uttara Unlimited Members

About Krystine

Krystine Smith, MA, MT-BC, RYT-500 is a Board Certified Music Therapist, Advanced Trainee in Guided Imagery and Music, Registered Yoga Teacher, and professional flutist. Krystine is a Virginia-native and life-long musician who has travelled and performed across the country as a Marine Musician and solo artist. Following her military service, Krystine completed her Bachelors in Music Therapy at the University of Miami and her Master of Arts in Music Therapy at Saint Mary of the Woods College. Krystine is passionate about using music to support health, wellness, and self-growth. When she isn’t busy making music, Krystine enjoys reading, being in nature, visiting Renaissance Festivals, and spending time with her pets.
