Crystal Sound Breathwork

An Equinox Celebration & Fundraiser in support Star City Composting.

Join us to journey inward on this most auspicious day. The equinox is a time of equal day and night where balance between masculine and feminine energy within naturally occurs. You are more easily able to transcend striving, over doing, and the multitude of unbalanced longings of the material world with the harmonious support of the cosmos.

Through gentle yet powerful breathwork with certified breathwork facilitator Martha Kaster accompanied by Deb Marks playing crystal sound bowls you will elevate your vibration, illuminate consciousness, let go, receive, and be. Please bring a journal, a pillow, and a spiritual or inspiring book of your choice.

Following breathwork (approximately 75 minutes) we will gather for a laid-back potluck. Please bring a dish to share. Dinner talk and live acoustic guitar by Star City Composting founding member Davey Rogner Stewards.

Donations are welcome though not necessary.
