An extension of Uttara Yoga Teacher training open to anyone interested in continuing education.

This course intends to deepen students' understanding of prana, the degree to which we exude vitality; and experience the health benefits of a daily meditation practice.

Through deepening our understanding of energy (prana) and developing focus (dharana), we prepare the ground for meditation.

Sessions begin with breath explorations (pranayama); develop knowledge of the philosophy behind the technique; and conclude with meditation practices for wellness and longevity.
