Anti-Gravity Strength

This practice is perfect for anyone who has a strong asana practice and is working towards weaving arms balances and handstands into their asana practice. We will focus on building core stability by creating a strong connection to the breath with our movement. Through disciplined asana and pranayama we can achieve control of our body through gravity!

This workshop is part of a series being taught by students in the current 200-hour Teacher Training Program. There is no cost to attend; donations to support the training scholarship fund are accepted (though not expected).
