Suzanne has been gratefully and joyfully practicing yoga since 2008. She completed her first 200 hours of yoga teacher training in 2015 and then completed 300 more in 2017. She is registered as a 500 RYT through the National Yoga Alliance. Suzanne has seen first-hand how the strength and flexibility she has gained on the mat can be directly transferred and applied to coasting through the waves of life. She attributes her successes and ability to roll with the punches to the physical, spiritual, and emotional benefits of yoga. She is continually amazed at the hope and change that come about in people when the philosophies and practices of yoga are applied. Suzanne uses unique sequencing to guide students to become aware of the power they have within to effect change in their own bodies and to find inner peace by connecting with the higher self.
