Susi has been practicing yoga for ten years and is a 2015 graduate of Uttara’s 200 YTT Program. Through her practice she has come to understand the body’s innate wisdom and the profound connection between movement, consciousness and the breath. Yoga ignited a spiritual fire and curiosity within her that continues to nourish her own practices of mindfulness and self-awareness. Susi’s primary focus is on exploring the inner landscape of the body through the breath and natural/steady movement. Her classes create unique openings for each student to trust the strength and wisdom of their own hearts.
