Madi Kaczmarski

Madi Kaczmarski

Madi started her yoga practice back in 2006. Since then she has incorporated different aspects of her practice in the many places she’s lived and traveled. For her, yoga has been an “adult recess,” a welcomed discipline, and a way to counteract her active lifestyle. She blends together the styles of a traditional vinyasa with the energetic components of Kundalini. With a background in Culinary Arts, she has found a connection between the mind, spirit, and gut. After finding the science of Ayurveda, she has connected her culinary skills with the holistic practices and techniques of Vasant Lad at the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Food is medicine for our body and yoga is medicine for our soul.

Madi’s classes focus on empowerment and nourish in more ways than one. She believes that slowing down and focusing attention on every breath and every movement will bring awareness to the stickiness we have not only in our body, but in our mind. When we explore the boundaries of poses and seek the uncomfortable, that is when we discover our true self and begin living life to the absolute fullest.
