Yoga teaches us that our bodies and minds are deeply connected. Your immune system is influenced by both. In order to be healthy and happy we must strengthen this connection of our bodies and minds together in the pursuit of positivity, vitality and well-being. This gentle, flowing yoga class focuses on breathwork to soothe the nervous system; visualizations to harmonize the body/mind; and safe inversions to move lymph and nourish the glands. Accessible for all-levels of students with lots of options to dial your practice up or down.
