Move in a new direction! Welcome to the wonderful world of releasing chronic tension by using your brain! In this workshop you will learn slow, mindful movements to educate the communication loop between your brain and your muscles. These movements gently contract into tight muscles then slowly release the contraction in order to reset the resting level of the muscles. These movements can be done on their own or added to yoga or other physical practice classes and sessions.
